Davio Caridi began his career in real estate development at 21 with $200, a rendering, and an opportunity in Greenwich, Connecticut.
With virtually no capital of his own, he presented the project to a friend over dinner and secured a commitment for the first 10% of the required equity. By the end of the evening, Davio had his first investor—and had spent nearly everything he had to get the deal started.
From there, he raised the remaining equity, secured private financing, and assembled the resources needed to move the project forward. Before the first residence was completed, Davio sold it to a buyer based on a rendering, a plan, and his commitment to deliver.
That first project established the foundation for a career that would expand throughout the United States. Since then, Davio has built and developed projects across luxury residential, multifamily, assisted living, commercial real estate, infrastructure, roadway construction, site development, renovations, and complex ground-up construction.
He has worked with REITs, private family offices, institutional organizations, investors, and high-net-worth individuals on assignments ranging from individual properties to large-scale developments. His experience as both a builder and developer gives him a comprehensive understanding of the process—from feasibility, budgeting, and capital structure through preconstruction, design coordination, procurement, construction, and final delivery.
Today, Davio continues to pursue construction and development opportunities where disciplined execution can create lasting value. Although the scale of his projects has grown considerably, the principles remain the same: recognize opportunity, understand the numbers, assemble capable people, and find a way to deliver.
